About the role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential property sales and purchases.

• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions.

• Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity.

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.

• Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.

• Keeping clients informed throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring deadlines are met.
