The Role – Residential Property / Conveyancing

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, delivering a high-quality service to clients throughout the property transaction process.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

  • Handling sales, purchases and other residential property matters.

  • Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.

  • Managing deadlines and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your caseload.

  • Maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy and client care.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with a strong residential property background.

  • Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.

  • Excellent communication, organisational and client relationship skills.

  • A proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

  • Someone who takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience.
