Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer looking to take on a senior leadership role within a well-established and highly respected practice? About the Role
As a Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Managing an experienced conveyancing team, providing supervision, mentoring and support.
- Running your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling high-value and complex transactions.
- Undertaking some commercial property work where required.
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
- Ensuring compliance, risk management and high technical standards across the team.
This is an office-based role in Ilkeston, allowing for close collaboration with colleagues and excellent client service.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing, ideally at Partner, Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
- The ability to confidently manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
- Some commercial property experience, or a willingness to undertake commercial property work would be desired.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client care skills.
