The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
You will have the autonomy to run your own files while benefiting from a collaborative working environment and strong administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and current procedures
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, detail-focused approach
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant conveyancing experience
