We are currently assisting our client in recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for their office based in Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a well-established team, contributing to its continued growth and success.
The Role
You will take responsibility for files from instruction through to completion, working closely with colleagues across the wider property team and building strong relationships with clients and referrers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
- Handling registered and unregistered property matters
- Dealing with new build properties and shared ownership schemes
- Facilitating buy-to-let sales and purchases
- Assisting with right to buy schemes, gifts of property, remortgages, and transfers of property
What They're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 5 PQE within residential conveyancing
- Strong experience in handling corporate transactions and advisory work
- Demonstrable track record of managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
