A well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer who enjoys working on a broad client base, has confidence in building relationships and is solution focused.
About the role
As a Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing team, you will be managing your own varied caseload of matters including:
- Freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages and new build matters
- Bridging and secured lending
As well as this, your day-to-day duties may include:
- Providing clear, sound advice to a range of clients
- Reviewing titles, searches and mortgage offers
- Client communication throughout process
- Preparing matters for exchange and completion
- Drafting contracts, transfer of deeds, reports on title and all other conveyancing documents
- Some post-completion matters
Applicants should be confident managing Residential Conveyancing matters independently, while also working collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious team environment. Strong client care skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to develop lasting client relationships are essential.

About You
The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role in Liverpool will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE within Residential Conveyancing law, is able to work well both independently and as part of a busy team, and has strong commercial awareness.
