An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded regional firm with a strong reputation across Durham and the wider Newcastle market.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters, working with clients across Durham and the Newcastle market. Alongside handling your own matters, you will play an important role in supporting and developing more junior fee earners within the team.
The Candidate
- Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to help generate new client opportunities
- Experience supporting, mentoring or developing junior fee earners would be highly beneficial
