Sacco Mann are delighted to be working with a North Wales based law firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well-established Residential Property team in Wrexham. With a consistent flow of high-quality instructions and a loyal client base, this is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to handle quality work within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Whether you are a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced fee earner with a proven track record of managing your own caseload, we would love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- First registrations and other general residential conveyancing work
