Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a modern and forward-thinking law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (1+ PQE) to join their growing team across their Nottinghamshire offices (Keyworth, Ruddington, or Plumtree).
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing professional to join an approachable and ambitious firm with a strong reputation for client service, teamwork, and delivering high-quality legal advice.
The Role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing new build purchases and related transactions
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers, and third parties
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care standards
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential property team

Key Responsibilities
- Running your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Handling new build purchases and other residential property matters
- Reviewing title documents, searches, and contracts
- Preparing and negotiating legal documentation
- Liaising with all parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Delivering exceptional client service throughout each transaction
About You
The ideal candidate will be experienced, organised, and client-focused. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Experience handling a broad range of residential property transactions
- Ability to manage matters independently from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
- A desire to develop your career within a modern and growing firm
