This is a standout opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to work on high-quality, high-value transactions rather than high-volume panel work. The firm has an excellent reputation and acts for high-net-worth clients across affluent areas, offering exposure to complex matters and genuine career progression.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, with a particular focus on higher-value and more complex transactions.
The Role:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
- Handle high-value and complex residential property transactions
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and quality clients
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced property team
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive considered)
- Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Experience handling high-value or complex transactions is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
