About the Role
This opportunity is specifically tailored for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, who will manage their own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, and remortgages. The role provides an excellent scope for progression within a friendly and professional setting, working closely with both colleagues and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Handling a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and, where relevant, new build and leasehold matters.
  • Reviewing and drafting legal documentation, conducting title checks and dealing with enquiries.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering an excellent standard of client care.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during transactions in a proactive and commercially aware manner.
  • Ensuring all matters are handled in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and firm procedures. 


The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years PQE in residential property
  • Experience handling a diverse range of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
  • A team player who is proactive and detail-oriented
