The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad range of residential property and conveyancing matters, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- Help to Buy and scheme-related transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Managing transactions efficiently and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
This is a role where you’ll have genuine responsibility for your clients and caseload, while being part of a collaborative team that values quality, client care and professional development.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Property Lawyer with:
- At least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous
- Business development experience would also be beneficial
