An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters

You'll work closely with clients, estate agents and lenders, delivering a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive
• 4+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
