An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Banking Solicitor (5–10 PQE) to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team working on some of the most significant and complex transactions in the market.

The Opportunity
Joining a growing and highly successful Banking & Finance team, you will advise on a broad range of sophisticated financing matters including:
- Corporate and syndicated lending
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Real estate finance
- Private equity-backed transactions
- Refinancings and restructurings
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional finance matters
You will act for an impressive client base including major UK and international banks, private equity sponsors, debt funds, institutional lenders and corporate borrowers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate seeking greater responsibility, stronger progression prospects and exposure to truly first-class work.
About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years' PQE gained within a recognised Banking & Finance team
- Experienced in corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance
- Comfortable managing complex transactions and maintaining direct client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, collaborative and keen to play an active role in the continued growth of the team
