A leading Legal 500 ranked law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded and expanding Dispute Resolution team based in Chester.

The successful candidate will become a key member of an established Commercial Litigation team, working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors on a broad range of complex and high-value disputes. About the role
Within this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you will join a well-established and supportive team, managing your own varied caseload of commercial disputes and providing high-quality advice to a range of clients.
Your work will include advising on matters such as:

Shareholder disputes and actions
-
Partnership disputes
-
Breach of contract claims and warranty disputes
-
Professional negligence claims
-
Commercial contract disputes
-
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
-
Licensing agreements
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play an active role in supporting the continued growth of the department. This will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives, supporting Partners and Heads of Department with complex matters, and providing supervision, guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team.
This role would suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking for the opportunity to take ownership of their work, build their own profile within the market and progress within a growing and ambitious team.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE gained within Commercial Litigation and will have experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes.
You will be a confident and commercially minded solicitor with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. You should be comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment, whilst also being proactive in developing client relationships and contributing to the wider success of the department.
