An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (8+ PQE) to join the expanding real estate team of a leading international professional services business in Manchester.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys complex, high-value transactional work and is looking to play a key role in the continued growth of a modern, entrepreneurial practice.
The Role
Working alongside highly regarded Partners, you'll advise a prestigious client base including institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, listed property companies and corporate occupiers on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial development projects
- Asset management
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Portfolio management
- Corporate occupier transactions
- Real estate support on corporate deals
You'll take ownership of significant transactions, develop long-term client relationships and help mentor more junior members of the team.
About You
You'll be a qualified Solicitor with:
- 8+ years' PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate
- Strong experience handling complex, high-value commercial property transactions
- Excellent technical and commercial judgement
- A proven ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
While an existing client following would be advantageous, it is not essential.
