Commercial Litigation Solicitor | 4+ PQE | North Manchester
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in North Manchester is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established client base, advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of complex disputes while managing your own varied caseload.
Your work will include:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Commercial property litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes
- Contentious probate
- Employment disputes and advisory work
- Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department through business development and cross-referral opportunities.
The firm is looking for a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation, although strong candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered. Applicants from a purely claimant PI or RTA background are unlikely to be suitable.
