About the role
- Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handle sales, purchases, leasehold and other residential property matters
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients to promote repeat and referral business
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise
- Contribute to the growth and development of the local residential conveyancing team
- Collaborate with the wider residential property team across multiple offices
- Play an active role in shaping future departmental strategies
The ideal candidate
While all relevant experience and formal qualifications will be considered, what’s most important is:
- Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run a caseload independently
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- A proactive approach and a commitment to quality service
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee Earners are encouraged to apply
