Salary: £26,000–£28,000 | Newcastle| Hybrid working
We are working with a well-established law firm looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its residential conveyancing team in Newcastle.
This is a great opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience to develop their skills within a specialist team, working with a range of lender clients and managing property transactions from instruction through to completion.
The role:
- Managing a caseload of repossession conveyancing matters through to completion.
- Reviewing property titles and dealing with technical conveyancing issues.
- Liaising with lenders, asset managers and third parties to keep transactions progressing.
- Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
- Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a high standard of service.
What they are looking for:
- At least 2 years' conveyancing experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- A proactive approach, with a focus on client care and teamwork.
