I am working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Team Leader to take the lead of an established Residential Conveyancing team in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong technical conveyancing expertise with proven leadership ability and, importantly, a real passion for business development, networking and growing a team.
The Role:
- Lead, manage and develop an established Residential Conveyancing team, providing guidance, support and mentorship to junior fee earners.
- Manage your own caseload of complex and high-value residential property transactions.
- Drive team performance, productivity and overall service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and professional contacts.
- Proactively generate new business through networking, relationship building and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities to grow the team's client base and strengthen its presence in the Leicester market.
- Work closely with senior management to support the firm's wider strategic and commercial objectives.
What They're Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, including complex property transactions.
- Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team.
- Excellent business development skills, with a proven ability to generate new work and build lasting relationships.
- A confident networker who enjoys developing connections with local professionals, referrers and the wider property market.
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to grow a successful team.
- A strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
