The Role
You will manage a busy and varied employment law caseload, including:
- Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Handling complex employment disputes and tribunal work
- Providing strategic, commercial employment advice to clients
- Managing and developing strong client relationships
- Working autonomously while collaborating closely with partners and colleagues
- Supporting wider team and firm growth initiatives

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Employment Law
- Proven ability to manage employment matters independently
- Excellent technical, drafting and advisory skills
- Confident communicator with strong client-management ability
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload
- Experience within a busy legal practice preferred
