Job Role
As a Senior Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload of high-value contentious probate and trust matters while contributing to the supervision of junior colleagues and broader team growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Running a caseload of estate, trust, and will disputes
* Acting for a wide range of clients including individuals, trust companies, and institutions
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Collaborating with a wider national team across multiple offices
* Engaging in marketing and business development activities

Job Requirements
* 5+ years' PQE in contentious wills and trusts
* Background in a recognised firm with a strong private client disputes practice
* Technically strong with excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver clear, strategic advice
* Proactive, collaborative and commercially aware
