About the role

This permanent position within the Serious Injury team offers a chance to work on high-value, complex cases involving life-changing injuries such as severe brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and polytrauma. You will support experienced lawyers, co-develop your own caseload, and contribute to strategic casework alongside senior team members and Partners. The role provides exciting opportunities for business development, enabling you to build relationships with medical professionals, charities, and other stakeholders to help expand the firm’s influence and reach.

The role promotes flexibility, with options for hybrid working tailored to your needs, although occasional office presence is expected. The ideal candidate

  • Between 0 and 3 years PQE with experience in serious injury litigation
  • A proactive approach with a genuine enthusiasm for this specialism and for securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating energy, confidence, and empathy
  • Existing or keen interest in business development activities to help grow the team’s profile
