We’re working with a well-regarded law firm looking to add a Serious Injury Solicitor to its team in Newcastle. This is an opportunity to handle a varied caseload of mid-to high-value personal injury claims, taking ownership of complex matters and working towards the best possible outcomes for clients.
What will you be doing?
You’ll manage claims from initial investigations through to settlement or trial, assessing liability, gathering evidence and progressing cases where liability is disputed. Your work will include preparing Schedules of Loss, valuing claims involving future losses and other damages, issuing proceedings and managing cases through litigation.
Is this the right fit for you?
The firm is looking for someone with proven experience in serious injury and multi-track litigation. You’ll need a strong understanding of quantum, good drafting skills and knowledge of court procedures, alongside the ability to assess cases, manage deadlines and progress claims confidently.
