We’re working with a well-regarded law firm looking to add a Serious Injury Solicitor to its expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value brain and spinal cord injury claims, supporting children who have suffered life-changing injuries and their families.
What will you be doing?
You’ll handle a varied caseload of serious injury claims, including both pre-litigation and litigated matters. Your work will involve liability and quantum investigations, reviewing medical and rehabilitation evidence, obtaining expert reports, preparing Schedules of Loss and dealing with court hearings and applications.
You’ll also work closely with case managers, rehabilitation providers and other professionals to help secure early funding for treatment and rehabilitation, while building strong relationships with clients and external referrers.
Is this the right fit for you?
The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE and experience handling complex, high-value personal injury claims, specifically involving brain and spinal cord injuries. You’ll need a strong understanding of the CPR, relevant case law and complex quantum calculations, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client care.
