The Opportunity
You’ll work with an impressive international client base, advising on inventions across the software and artificial intelligence landscape. Your work will span the patent lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on drafting, prosecution and contentious matters.
A key attraction is the firm's progressive approach to using AI within its own patent practice. You'll have the opportunity to embrace new technologies and explore smarter ways of delivering exceptional results for clients, rather than simply working with AI as a subject matter.
You'll also benefit from exposure to complex and innovative inventions and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across international offices and teams.
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from Patent Attorneys who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience of patent drafting, particularly within software and/or AI.
- A genuine interest in the development and application of AI within the patent profession.
- The ability to understand sophisticated technical concepts and translate them into effective patent strategies.
- A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with colleagues across different jurisdictions.
