About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position for a Trade Mark Attorney with ideally 2+ PQE based in London. Your work will encompass advising clients on all aspects of trade mark strategy, including clearance, prosecution, monitoring, enforcement, and portfolio management on a global scale. Essentially you will hold relevant and demonstrable experience in portfolio management and you will be confident using your initiative and working with autonomy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development and client care, with a clear cut pathway for personal growth within a progressive and supportive environment.
About you
The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ PQE gained within a specialist IP firm or department, with a strong foundation in trade mark law. Experience working with the UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO is highly desirable. You will possess excellent communication and client care skills, a confident approach, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio independently.
