About the role
This role will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors with minimal supervision, handling both routine and more complex tasks.
Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and legal documents, assisting with agreements, managing files and emails, and handling daily administrative tasks. You will open and close case files using Inprotech and CMS, maintain and update key deadlines and diaries, and complete conflict checks.
The role also involves billing support, including preparing invoices, debit and credit notes, and processing expenses. In addition, you will provide PA support such as arranging travel, booking flights, and managing busy diaries.
About you
You will have gained previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within intellectual property, along with excellent organisational skills. Experience with billing processes and working to tight deadlines is essential for this role.
This position will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are key, along with a proactive and professional approach.
