Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join the clinical negligence team of a highly reputable law firm based at their office in central Leeds. The firm are seeking a hardworking individual who can hit the ground running with a claimant Clinical Negligence caseload. If you are a self-starter, and have hands on Clinical Negligence fee earning experience, read on!

You will be a key member of the team and will work on your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters. You will deal with cases from the point of instruction, with the aid of paralegal support, through to trial and/ or settlement. You will provide an excellent level of client care, keeping clients up to date and providing expert legal advice throughout the entire process. The value of your caseload will be mixed, the team do deal with high value multi track cases and there is the opportunity to deal with these cases in the future.

Ideally you will be a keen business developer, who is confident in bringing in new business and helping to grow the team.

The firm are looking to speak with Chartered Legal Executives, or non-qualified clinical negligence fee earners with experience upwards of 5 years, and in return the firm have great benefits including a generous holiday allowance, bonus scheme, life assurance and flexible working options.
