An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Altrincham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Commercial Property Solicitor seeking high-quality work, genuine progression opportunities and the chance to play a key role within an expanding Commercial Property team.
The firm has a strong reputation across the North West market and continues to attract quality commercial clients across development, investment and landlord & tenant matters. They are now looking to appoint an ambitious solicitor who can help shape the future growth of the department.
The Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of Real Estate matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development transactions
- Portfolio management
- Real estate finance work
- Corporate support transactions
There is an existing client base and workflow in place, making this an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to build long-term relationships and further develop a thriving practice area.
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with strong Commercial Property / Real Estate experience gained within a reputable law firm environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical Commercial Property knowledge
