Catherine listened to our requirements of the candidate needed to fill the position and only forwarded CVs for those candidates that had the relevant expertise and experience- as opposed to the CVs of anyone that only had limited experience and not within the remit, which was a refreshing change in contrast with my experience with other recruitment agents. She was also candid when she did not have any suitable candidates to put forward.
