Steve clearly has a great reputation in the in-house market and I feel that a corner stone of his ability to place candidates is that he gets a wide range of quality positions from a variety of clients. Moreover, however, I felt that he really listened to what I was looking for. Although he wasn't frightened to throw me the odd curve ball, he didn't push me to apply for any and every vacancy that he might have, irrespective of whether it met my instructions. Instead, I felt that there was a collective desire on the part of both of us to find me the right position, and he has definitely helped me to do that. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with at what was a potentially uncertain time for me and the greatest praise that I can give him is that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.
