Deborah Scott - General Manager
I have been a part of Sacco Mann for so long I can hardly remember how it started. But what I do remember is that it has not been boring, my position has not been static and I have been offered and taken advantage of numerous opportunities to progress my career. I joined initially to set up the secretarial recruitment division, but after many conversations with the directors they agreed to my request to take over the administrative function for the company to allow them the free to carry on with recruitment. At that time we were a company of about 8 people, more than 20 years later I am delighted to now be the General Manager looking after over 40 truly amazing people.
When people ask me what I do, I normally answer that my remit covers everything that no one else wants to do! Whilst this is true I am not complaining, far from it. Being involved in so many aspects of the company allows me a real insight and depth of knowledge that I relish.
Sacco Mann has an excellent reputation in the legal recruitment market place and this is very well deserved and is fiercely protected as we grow. I can’t imagine working anywhere else now – it just wouldn’t be a good or as much fun!

I first came across Sacco Mann when I registered as a candidate looking for legal work. I had just qualified as a Solicitor and wasn’t sure what direction I wanted my career to go in. I was so impressed with them and really valued their honesty and quality of service above any other agency I had dealt with. I liked the idea of getting into legal recruitment and knew immediately I wanted to work at Sacco Mann. I have worked with them now since March 2011 and have never looked back! I love working here and have really enjoyed having a huge part with the building up of a successful team dedicated to the recruitment of Paralegals and Chartered Legal Executives.
