As a firm we have worked with Sacco Mann (and Rachael Mann in particular) for many years. The reason that we continue to do so is quite simple - Rachael ensures that she understands our needs as a law firm, she knows how we work, and she then ensures that she only sends to us details of candidates who would truly suit our needs.
 
In a recent recruitment exercise where we had two positions in mind, Sacco Mann sent us details of two candidates for each position. We interviewed all of them, and each was perfectly suited to us and we could have employed any one of them without any regrets.
 
We are often obliged to use multiple agents to ensure that we have access to the widest pool of candidates, but if I had to commit exclusively to just one agency, it would be Sacco Mann.
